Quincecote mini guest wing. Small and tasteful one bed rural accommodation

This is a small, but delightful mini guest wing on our smallholding in the AONB on the Hartland Peninsula, close to the SW Coastal path between Hartland Quay and Hartland Point. The accommodation is attached to our barn conversion and is entranced via a central courtyard, with its own front door, leading into a small hallway, with bed / sitting room off of it - seating area and Tv, king size bed ( against the wall on one side) There is also small well equipped kitchen with butler sink, mini fridge, small cooker, table and chairs and dresser . Also a bathroom with free standing bath and shower mixer taps. It has everything you need to ensure a cosy comfy stay.
Feel free to sit/ roam/ eat or bbq outside, there is a comfy outside seating area to take in the far reaching sea and countryside views . Or maybe explore the nearby plentiful coastal walks or Hartland Abbey, just down the lane. The rugged dramatic cliffs at Hartland Point and Quay will not disappoint , or visit the unique steep cobbled village of Clovelly. WiFi is not good, but 4 g is good. A 25 minute woodland walk from Hartland & 50 min walk from the SW coast path between Hartland Quay & Hartland Point. ( lifts can be provided for walkers)

Beautiful cosy cottage - warm and welcoming hosts.
Beautiful cosy cottage with heaps of character, in a lovely rural setting. Gorgeous views, looking out onto geese, chickens, a Shetland pony and apple trees, and to hills in the distance. Loved the decor and the roll top bath, it had everything we needed. Perfect hosts, letting us reschedule when we caught Covid, and fixing a problem with the electrics immediately (even kindly refunding us some money). We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely like to return. Would thoroughly recommend the cottage and the kind, friendly hosts. Thank you.

Enjoyable & Relaxing Stay
The property was perfect for our short stay in North Devon and provided everything we needed. Comfortable accommodation in a super quiet location and welcoming hosts. Enjoyed a woodland walk to Hartland for provisions and only a short distance to the coast at Hartland Quay.
