  • With amazing sea views, this fantastic barn conversion is a real romantic retreat mixed with traditional and contemporary living.. All on the Ground Floor:

    Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Enclosed courtyard garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Tennis court (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps to the patio. This property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.. Glorious uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from this delightful romantic retreat on the edge of a small mixed livestock farm. This spacious, single-storey barn conversion cleverly mixes olde worlde charm with modern living. Near Hartland, it is ideal to explore this AONB; perfect for walkers and bird watchers with delightful beaches close by. North of Hartland Point is picture-postcard Clovelly. Cycling, riding, surfing, sailing and fishing available locally. There’s a small short hole golf course (5 holes) which guests are allowed to use. Shops and six pubs within 5 miles.
