CHECK IN AND INFORMATION
• Address: 1124 West Country Club Blvd, Big Bear City, CA 92314
• Check-in anytime after 5:00 PM (Early check-in is subject to cabin availability). Please do not come to the property before 5:00PM unless you have prior authorization for early check-in. Check-out before 12:00 (noon)
• Lockbox located at entrance door (Code will provided prior arrival) Maximum occupancy: 9 people, 4 cars, pets not allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM, Please keep noise emanating from the cabin down to a level that does not disturb neighbors.

The WIFI is free of charge. We are not responsible for any outages that behind our control
• Smart TV, Washer and Dryer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, hairdryer, Cozy living room fireplace
• Stovetop is available for use, we are not providing to use the oven
• Toilet paper (2 rolls), Paper towel (1 roll) Fresh towels (9 people), Clean beddings
ARRIVAL AND STAY
• Keep premises clean at all times
• No pets
• No moving or repositioning of furniture
• No shoes inside. Also, during winter time, place shoes black container to prevent snow melting to the wood floor
• No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoor never leave the cigarette stub on territory of the property nor outside of the property, should all cigarettes’ stubs be properly dissolved
• Wash all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. after use
• Don’t put grease or food into the garbage disposal. Do not flush feminine products, diapers, wipes, or similar products into toilet
• When using barbecue grill, put ash in ash receptacle or leave in barbeque. The grill Fire pit or open fire is prohibited by Big Bear City. Please be aware that YOU ARE IN HAZARD FIRE ZONE (San Bernardino National Forest)
• For the living room fireplace, we recommend using Duraflame logs as it lasts 4 hours. Do not turn off central heating. Temperature may be adjusted to your preferred level
Reminders before CHECK OUT
• Empty refrigerator
• Wash all dishes and leave in dishwasher
• Turn off all electric heaters, except wall heater, which should be adjusted to 70 degrees.
• Turn off all lights Close all doors and windows
• Lock the property and leave key in lockbox

• We are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests and visitors within the property.
• Fire extinguisher cannot be used for entertainment, only use for emergency and direct uses, PENALTY $300

• The Cabin located in National Forest many different animals and insects around this area. Please don’t leave overnight the open food, dirty dishes; it could attract the mice, rats, and over little animals and insects. All foods should be properly sealed and put in the refrigerator
