Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a close walk to Bear Mountain, Alpine Zoo, Golf course, and a short drive to the Village, lake, hiking, and more. This property comes with everything you need and more to ensure the perfect mountain experience!

LIVING SPACE - This spacious 1700+ sq ft home features a reverse floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the second floor with a dining table, TV, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Air hockey table! Board games and card games. smart TV, with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Upper deck is located off the second floor with a private hot tub, outdoor furniture, and gas barbecue. Fenced backyard with access from the first floor.
