Awesome family home. This 4000 square foot home is one of the largest vacation rentals you will find. We have brand new wide screen smart TVs throughout the whole house (gameroom TV is 70 inches). It has 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 1 with additional bunk beds, and 1 with additional daybed and trundle make it great for groups of families. The 1000 square foot game room also has 2 over-sized window seats with covered thick foam that is almost the size of a twin bed. Many teenagers prefer to sleep up there. Gi-normous kitchen to feed all. We have high end Kitchen Aide stainless steel appliances which include a Viking stove, double ovens, dishwasher, trash compactor and even a warming drawer. The outdoor living space is exceptional also. We have a top of the line Fire Magic gas BBQ, a gas fireplace and a gas fire ring outside to enjoy (no wood needed outside). There are 2 large patio tables and additional bench level seating all around. It is a very private deck and patio area with great wooded views. We built the large game room when our kids were teenagers. The kids would spend hours up there playing or watching a movie and since it is on the 3rd level, we couldn't even hear them on the first level. Of course, us adults enjoy the game room too. The outside, which has a fireplace and fire ring, is a great place to relax at night and large enough for everyone to sit around. Of course, if it is cold enough, there is a wood burning fireplace inside. Don't forget the gas fireplace in the Master bedroom that can be enjoyed from the tub or in bed. This house is large enough to get everyone together and enjoy each others company but also large enough for one to slip away to be alone and have some down time. This house is located right next door to UCLA Bruin Woods Conference Center in Tavern Bay area. This is a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate keeping the noise level down at night after 9pm.

As of 2020 my San Bernardino County STR (Short Term Rental) Permit no longer allows me to let my guest use some parts of the private Lake Arrowhead. They have made some access private only to homeowners and they will take our passes and give us a fine if we share them. However, you are allowed access to the lake trails and swimming in some areas. To get a day pass, you need to sign a waiver and pay $10 per person. You can view the beautiful lake from the village and many lakefront restaurants. There are still wonderful trails available through the San Bernardino County Park systems.

Did we mention the house now has AC! There are ceiling fans and cooling towers in every room if needed.
