"Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. "
"Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a clear area across the street. I'm not sure who owns that but when we left to get the boat out of the water the neighbor put a large dump trailer there. On the last night with the boat on the trailer the only option was to back onto the parking pad on the road and block the driveway. The driveway is VERY steep. Also note that the dock is not visible from the house. From the house there are several sets of stairs going down to a dirt path that goes to the dock. It was a great property and we enjoyed it just beware the things above. "
"Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful summer vacation. Memories for a lifetime!"
"Such a beautiful property, no real issues. Check in was easy, cleaners were there when we got there but I know they had a lot to clean up from the previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have more blankets available to use. We had someone sleep on the couch and the blankets were too small. The house is on a beautiful property, lots to do in the area and at the house itself. I would stay here again every summer. "
