"This property was just perfect for our family! There were 12 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The fridge and freezer areas are oversized and were ample for all of our food. The back of the home is complete glass doors and the view of the lake is incredible! We took advantage of both docks. And the owner allowed us use of his kayak and paddle boards. There is a hot tub that we enjoyed too! Parking is plentiful. We had 8 vehicles. The owner is very accommodating to specific requests and promptly responded to all of my messages! Could not have had a better experience!! Thank you Smith Family! "

"Prefectly peaceful retreat on Lake Lanier for a large family. Beautiful views from every room. It's clean. Beautifully furnished & decorated. Ten TV's (the grandkids were so impressed w that). We Loved cooking & cleaning in the fully stocked, large kitchen/living room. Huge table to spend hours with the family, eating, playing games and just hanging out. Comfortable beds & bedding. And then there's the lower level with the fun playroom/bar for Everyone. The big grandkids really enjoyed that space! There's a huge floating dock about 94 steps to the water with a couple kayaks we were allowed to use, altho we didn't. Communication with Deb was seamless. She was very generous and welcoming. This home was a blessing for our family.We're Very grateful and we hope to return. "
