"We had a wonderful time at this lake house! The location was in the perfect cove; with little boat traffic, making floating in the lake so relaxing. It’s a very gentle and short walk down to the lake (which is not very common on Lake Lanier), so our whole party was able to get down to the dock with ease. Checking in was easy, and the house was very clean. Katie was the perfect host!!! She left us a few staples (snacks/drinks/floats) to enjoy during our stay, was quick to answer any questions and make sure that we were having the best time while staying on the property. My husband had to work and he never had an issue with the wi-fi. The house had plenty of space for all of us to gather to play games and spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again!! "

"Great vacation. Tons of amenities … Pool table. Ping pong. Shuffle board. Comfy beds, super soft sheets. Hot tub and fire pit came in unexpectedly handy when Buford experienced 60 degree temperatures in August. Owners were available to answer any questions during entire week’s stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! "
"This property is beautiful and very large. The lake view villas were well worth the cost with a great back patio facing the lake. The rooms are well equipped and they will even deliver ice to your room! We rented a pontoon one day to explore the lake and the water was beautiful and clear! "
"Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful summer vacation. Memories for a lifetime!"
"We had to have a larger place because our home was being renovated and this home was great for our larger family and met all of our needs without us having to miss a beat. It was nicely appointed with plenty of space for both lounging and in the kitchen. Liked the back deck a lot, even though it was pollen season. Owner was great with communication and even let us extend our reservation a couple days on short notice because our reno ran long. Overall, a wonderful stay and the location is also ideal for the lake or the mall."
