"The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! I will never stay there again!"

"The place was convenient in Lakeland. The breakfast was not much of anything to be excited about. Cereal was all that was offered. Its a place to rest."

"Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern refrigerator. Climate controlled with mini split air conditioners in bedroom and living room area. Found remote control which controlled both units a little confusing to use. Once I figured out how to use very quite and comfortable. Wasn't sure what to expect when booked, but pleasantly surprised. "Upon arrival and walking into the home it felt like I was walking into family. It was the most welcoming experience. There are so many “little things” that are included with this stay that you start to think you’re staying with friends. If there more than 5 stars to award in each category of the feedback David and Lantanya would get them. They were also so kind I felt like I knew then even though I never met them face to face. There is a reason this home so highly rated and it’s because they deserve it. I come to this are once a year and if my plans can include a stay in a VRBO it will be this one if it is available. " We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a great central location with access to both beaches, amusement parks, antique shops and many other attractions. The host was very responsive with all our requests or concerns. Check in was easy. Beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equipped for a long stay. I would suggest that they get some sort of cable or satellite television for some of us older folks that don't have all the streaming apps. Heating the pool would also be a plus."
