"WOW. I cannot even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so inviting and comfortable It was easy to just stay in and relax. You didn’t feel the need to leave. There was so much to enjoy, the decks, fireplaces, the river, and enough space for a family our family of 8 to spread out and have their own space. Our host provided so much information on the area and restaurants, he left no detail to chance and was always responsive. We would definitely go back. "

"So we really enjoyed the house and the location of this property. The house was beautiful and described accurately. I gave 5 stars because we really enjoyed this place, however, we did want to mention the mattresses could use an upgrade. I stayed in the room with 3 twins, the mattresses were hard and frames were squeaky. My sister stayed in the other bedroom upstairs and also mentioned the bed could be upgraded. My bestfriend and her family stayed in the master downstairs, she could not sleep in the bed and had to sleep in the small daybed with her son because the bed was too uncomfortable for her. I completely understand that it’s very hard to have beds that everyone is satisfied with but the consensus of 5 adults was that we loved the house, location, atmosphere but the beds were the downfall. If the beds get an upgrade we would 10000000% stay here in the future! "

"The proper tea was well furnished and easy to find. There was lots of things to do on the property and it was located 30 minutes from Busch Gardens. We had a great time."

"We love this B&B! This is our 2nd visit here & it is always a great place to stay. Larry & Patricia are so welcoming it makes you feel like family. The breakfast is always delicious. The house is clean & beautiful & hidden in the forest. Perfect location for us going to Colonial Downs to race. Our favorite!"
