"Great place to stay and lots of room. The owner is as there to greet us when we arrived and took us on a tour of the house. He was very kind and did great communicating with us. The pool and hottub were nice. "

"To start with communication with host was poor, I had to utilise Vrbo support. I had booked for 5 nights but stayed for one. The house had a musty odour throughout. There were trip hazards, in the uneven flooring, the worn rugs which had upturned corners and edges. The shower sealant was black with mould and the shower partition glass was covered in limescale. Fittings and furniture were well beyond their sellby date and require replacements. Neighbours appear to use the house grounds as a thorough fare."

"This place was very comfortable. It was perfect for attending a wedding at Howey-in-the-Hills and within 1 hour drive from Disney. The bed was a little squeeky and the kitchen utensils needed a bit of cleaning, but everything else was perfect! We especially enjoyed the ability to play games on the Wii. "

"We had a great stay. The house was in a great location, well equipped and very clean. We had a couple small issues that were dealt with quickly. I would recommend this house. "

"The place showed that the owner took a lot of effort to create a theme throughout the house.. It was surprising to open the closet door and see a stuffed tiger looking at you and an elephant table. As for what could be improved - pillows too smelly and very flat - towels in linen closet were not even folded or smelled clean, kitchen needs more dish cloths and dish towels, second bathroom needs towel under the cabinet to use, kitchen cupboards could be empty more for groceries, have cleaning supplies for the bathrooms you want the tenants to use, second tv more options to watch , free golf cart to use, and Air fresheners. It was a convenience for walking to the park and having the Newcomers book to locate and learn about things in the Villages. We did not have water for most of a day and it was a huge inconvenience . I had to go through many phone calls to determine the cause and when it would come back on. Ii left the two papers regarding the information on why it the water was off and a second paper about boiling water before drinking the second day. Maybe it would help to address utility numbers, groceryy store locations, medical urgent care areas . My husband got ill and had to go search to find an Urgent Care and. A pharmacy. We did have a great time there and have wonderful memories ."

"Kitchen needs help….. no dishwasher, microwave not powerful enough to even do popcorn….plastic utensils for cooking needed washing and were flimsy. No cutting board, no mixing bowls, pots & pans were old and in some cases needed washing…..overall very difficult to prepare a meal. "

"We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Our host property manager was excellent. Very accommodating. If I had any complaint would be access to the golf cart."
