"The house was clean and very well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and tucked away from the heavier traffic in the area, while still being close to everything The Villages has to offer. A great value!"

"No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "
