Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good.

We had roaches in the first room. The second room the thermostat and ac system didn’t work. They charged me 50$ for late check out even when we left at 12:07..they charged $100 fee for damages but I video when we left and there aren’t damages
