"This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights. Clean, comfortable and well located next to Tin Hau MTR. I liked that the room was decent sized, typically in HK you’ll find mostly tiny rooms; this one was okay. The shower needs a little love, it seems a bit dated, but worked just fine. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Overall good value."

"This was our first time in Hong Kong and this seemed like a good place to stay location wise and view wise. It's about a 45 minute drive from the airport. Probably a little over an hour but Metro. We arrived very early and figured we'd leave our suitcases at the reception and expire the local area before checking in (and after a walking your). The staff member at the check-in counter mentioned a room was available right away but it was a more expensive room and if we'd be interested in that. If that was an up selling technique, well played, but in the end I'm glad we took it as it included breakfast and access to the lounge area. And the room was fantastic. Speaking of breakfast, don't think twice about getting it at the hotel. Yes there are a lot of great and cheap breakfast places very close to the hotel but the assortment of breakfast items was staggering . Staff at every area of the hotel was very pleasant and professional. Location wise there's a decent shopping mall right next door"

"Fantastic location, about a 10-15 min walk to Causeway Bay. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Great daily room service. Clean rooms although I’m not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms. The downside is the rooms were really small. My friend and I shared a room with twin beds and there was hardly any walking space once we put down our luggage. Often when we came back to our hotel the bathroom door was open, and the two doors would hit each other. The bathroom door is also right in front of the mirror so it’s easy to hit each other on the way out from the bathroom. And the closet was a hidden Easter egg, cause it was beside the twin bed attached to the bathroom, but only the person of that twin bed can easily access it, cause you need to stand on the bed to get to it. Also a bit of an awkward location to catch an uber, especially during rush hour. Our uber driver pulled up and the police officer issued him a ticket. Despite the driver letting the officer know he’s an uber driver, the officer still gave him a hard time and we sat in the car for about 10 mins waiting. Also, if you like relaxing and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring, you’re out of luck here. No smart TVs. Other than that, great hotel if you’re staying by yourself but wouldn’t recommend if you’re sharing with a friend."

"Shower area : drainage was very slow. Water builds up like a pond when you shower. Staff was helpful to come in for a quick fix which helps. However, the issue doesn’t go away. Room is clean in general, decor is sleek and modern with minimal style. However, for my longer stay, I wish there’s at least a small dresser with couple drawers for wardrobe so I don’t have to live in my suitcase."

"I spent 4 nights here and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The lite breakfast they provide free of charge was a nice touch. A coffee with an apple and a couple of muffins and rolls. It's very close the the Chai Wan MTR. Considering alot of budget hostels/hotel in Hong Kong have dubious reviews, this Hostel really stands out. It is a long way out of the centre of things, but Juno on the MTR and in 30 mins your in the centre"

"I’ve been staying at this property for several years, and this was my first visit since it came under the Royal Garden brand. The hotel has been partially renovated, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service has improved even further compared to its previous days as a Crowne Plaza. Although the hotel is located some distance from the city centre, its direct connection to an MTR station and a large, interconnected shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient. Hong Kong Island is also just a few MTR stops away, so getting around is much easier than one might expect. Overall, another wonderful stay, with improved service and excellent accessibility. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
