Staffs are helpful, courteous. Management is sensible and able to tackle the issue to cue the traffic of guest elevators with extra staffs to escort hotel guests to take the staff elevator to reach the lobby floor asap. Hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch. The half buffet lunch is worth trying."

"This is a quality hotel with great facilities and good staff. The harbour view rooms are tremendous with full length views from the main room and the bathroom. The rooftop pool has similarly breathtaking views, as does the very well equipped gym. Room service was fast and good food. The location is next door to everything you need - shopping mall with supermarket, ferry wharf, metro train station. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in HK. The only thing missing is a bar and drinks around the pool."
