"Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back"

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Nestled away this was a secluded spot to relax and use as a base to explore the local area. Quiet, calm and relaxing. Great local beaches, near to amenities and with plenty to see not far away at all.The property benefits from a great layout, is well equipped and easily felt like a home away from home.Hosts were really easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and would happily return in future."

The location is lovely and quiet with stunning countryside and beach nearby although it's just over a mile to walk into Bantham village and beach down a single track road. Annette and Barry were very welcoming and made us feel right at home."
