My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

"Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe.
