Spacious and Bright in Leioa:
Sunny flat of 70 m2 with 3 bedrooms (two of them with TV), living-dining room with TV, terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom with 150 cm bed. Second bedroom with 150 cm bed. Third bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm.
Ideal for families, and friends, with a maximum of 4 people. Excellent location with immediate access to the motorway, well communicated by metro and bus with BILBAO/BEC and nearby coastal areas (GETXO, SOPELANA, PLENTZIA).
Leioa is a town with an excellent location for visiting different places in Bizkaia, as well as nearby provinces (Gipuzkoa, Alava, Navarre, Cantabria, Burgos...) Loiu airport is 10 km away.
There is an Eroski City supermarket under the house. Eroski, Mercadona, Lidl, and Aldi hypermarkets are 1 km away on the road to La Avanzada. A couple of kilometers away is the Artea shopping center.
There is a free parking area on the same street.
