The hotel and the room assigned to me were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was also very helpful when picking me up and dropping me off to bilbao airport. I did not have breakfast there. The distances between the airport and hotel, as well as bilbao downtown to the hotel were short. It cost me $12-15 / Uber trip.

I read the mixed reviews but my experience was good. I wanted a place very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle and I knew where to wait because they had sent instructions with a photo. Carolina checked me in and was very friendly. She scheduled me for a shuttle the next morning so I could get a city bus at the airport. The room was comfy with good AC. Perfect for my needs.
