Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao

Enjoyable stay in central Bilbao

Even though we had a quiet room, there was noise from the rooftop bar - we were the floor beneath. A good hotel in a good location. We didn’t eat breakfast there or use the pool / spa so can’t comment on that

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The double bed was big and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, close to shops, many bars and restaurants and the old city centre. We did not have breakfast here as there are many breakfast spots closeby. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
