Nice hotel, friendly staff, stylish property, comfortable rooms. It was more expensive than others, but we chose it for location and the lovely rooftop terrace bar as we only had 1 night. Disappointed that we were not told the terrace was closed for a private function the night we went. We would have booked a different hotel for much less money.

Staff very pleasant and very helpful The only problem was that it was extremely hot weather and you couldn’t lower air conditioner temperature below certain number, it was tolerable but I would prefer to set temperature to my personal preference

Great Central location in the new town area. near many bars and restaurants. The small rooftop bar at the hotel has a view on the city. The metro is very close by. All staff were helpful but busy. Reception gives each guest a lot of time. At busy times there can be a small queue.

The staff was very helpful and most spoke English. Breakfast was good, bar was excellent, dinner was excellent. The room was clean and about the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the shower, which seems insignificant, but water leaked into the bathroom from every shower, which was annoying.
