Loved my stay. Great place. So close to the bus station and many restaurants and bars. Was worried it would be noisy because it was close to the stadium but it was quiet and peaceful.

Comfotable stay

Nice modern room close to main busstation (Intermodal Bilbao) and the San Mames football stadium. Walkable dustance to city center and Guggenheim.

Perfect location

Perfect location as we was travelling to San Sebastián the next day via the coach, the station was less then a 5 minute walk to the bus depot. Reception team were great and friendly and local information at hand.

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and out, comfortable beds. Great that there was a ketlle, ciffee and tea in the room as well as the fridge. The only minus is that in case of loud guests, noise from other rooms and the corridor can be heard.

Apart from a slight hiccup on our arrival, everything was superb with our stay here. Great size rooms with fantastic access to either buses, metro or trams easily under 5 minutes walk away. Really happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend. As they mention no food options in house but plenty in the vicinity

Great hotel

Lovely hotel right by the San Mames stadium. Easy to leave luggage before check-in (opens at 2pm), and after check out (until 11pm). Clean room, comfy bed. Surrounded by loads of cafes and restaurants on nearby street. Pleasant walk to the old town but about 25mins away so wouldn't appeal to some people.

I enjoyed my brief stay at San Mames bypillow. The hospitality of the staff was what I enjoyed most. The room was clean and space sufficient. Keep it up. I would go back the next time I visit Bilbao.

Everything was great. The single room had fridge and even iron. Every day they leave you courtesy biscuits and water. The location is good the metro is one block away and the historical center is about 20 minutes walking.

Exactly what I needed

Great location for my needs. Simple but all that I needed. Only downside was lack of desk person in the morning but not a big deal. Only a problem if the airline lost your luggage and wants to drop it off in the morning😁.

The Hotel was very good situated in a lively neighborhood with even livelier neighborhoods in walking distance. Near bus and Metro stations. Near supermarket, Café, bars etc. Very good room staff. Room walls are okayish isolated. Detergent in bath smells not good, whole bath smells Like it. They do have shsmpoo etc. though you may want to bring your own Shampoo etc.

Probably the best value for money and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an hotel. REALLY. Thank you so much for creating a very nice and welcoming experience: - The staff was really nice and helpful - Check in was so easy - The whole building and the rooms smell so well and are perfectly decorated - The bed is SO confortable. So are the pillows. - Air conditioning was a great plus. You can even choose the angle. - Warm and cozy environment within the room - Amazing coworking area - Lockers for your luggage after check-out - Bathroom so clean - Nice working desk and chair - Everything is so modern and amazingly decorated
