"The shuttle to the motel from the airport was a long wait time & there are not many places to sit while waiting to be picked up. I consider an hour too long to wait, for this convenience. However, I did note that other hotels did have a better system (more vehicles in rotation ?)."

"The listing on Expedia said that complementary continental breakfast was included. The property provided info at check in saying that breakfast was not included. The room was poor quality, the staff did not have proper information when calling early to inform that check in would be later than expected. The shower did not drain properly and the shower head was broken. DO NOT RECOMMEND "

"This super budget hotel was exactly that... I called again and again and again for the shuttle service, hotel suggested I call driver cell directly. waited 40 min and then hailed a cab finally. $25. There was only one person at the desk who was way overwhelmed and completely unable to handle all the people and phones by herself, understandably. skip this place if you're in any kind of airport hurry also the walls were paperthin. you absolutely get what you pay for. I cancelled my next Rez at this property."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was the transportation from the airport. I sat at the airport for over an hour and 45 minutes so the next morning instead of me waiting on the shuttle, I decided to take a Uber overall the hotel was amazing when it comes to the shuttle service. It was horrible."
