"Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place. "

"Loved the location of this cottage! So many fun things nearby. We ate at some great restaurants, visited Geneva multiple times, played mini golf at Sampson State Park, hiked Watkins Glen, rode on a train, did a full tasting tour at Three Brothers Estates, kayaked, and watched the sun rise. There's a lovely flat and shady lawn between the cottage and the lake shore - so much better than a shear cliff and/or dozens of stairs to climb! There's also train tracks that run behind the cottage and parallel to the road, which we weren't aware of ahead of time. We heard it go by many times, but it wasn't too loud or disruptive, especially inside the cottage. "
"Absolutely lovely cabin!!Lovely porch to sit on even when it’s raining. Saw a Beautiful rainbow and luckily a full moon too. Brought my shih tzu who had a blast running around. Every need was met, the cabin has every kitchenware needed including outdoor grill. I would definitely book again. "

"We stayed in the property for a wine tasting weekend. It is located in the perfect location in the middle of all the wineries. We ate at the ports cafe which was an excellent restaurant & literally a 4 min drive from the house. We will definitely stay again. "

"Our stay was wonderful! The house was equipped with so many great amenities ( hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, kitchen equipment, high chair for our toddler, and a lot more). The views of Seneca Lake from the deck and living area were stunning. The house had plenty of room for 5 people and a toddler. The loft was a great addition, but got very hot so we did not use it. We still had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 2 living spaces! The location was perfect, being close to so many wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Only a 30 minute drive to Watkins Glen and about 15 minutes to Seneca Lake State Park. We had a great family trip and will definitely be back!! "
