"The staff really went above and beyond. From the valet drivers to the front desk staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay convenient and pleasant. We were able to leave our car with valet and our luggage with bellboy while we enjoyed the surrounding area after check out. Staff helped give us walking directions and restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Really great location with the friendliest staff!"

"It is a large hotel that is way outdated. The hotel parking lot is used for airport parking, cruise parking and guest parking. There was trash all over in the parking lot. From booze bottles to just plain old garbage. We did kill one roach in our room and filed no others. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The morning breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would I stay there again if I were going on a cruise, absolutely. They have a shuttle bus that will transport four people for $25 total to the cruise port from the hotel. They also have free airport pick up. So in a nutshell, you could fly into BWI stay there and for $25 get your ride to the cruise terminal. Don’t expect too much from the room when you arrive though."

"Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road. "
