Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. Presence of external cameras also not disclosed in listing, but introduced in the terms and conditions. Would not have booked knowing this, but great venue otherwise."

"We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property for my 40th birthday celebration! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and beautifully styled — every room felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming.The sauna, hot tub, and pool were all clean and absolutely awesome. They truly made the weekend feel extra special and luxurious. Every single guest loved the place and kept commenting on how fantastic it was.Communication was great from start to finish — easy, clear, and friendly. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better.Tidy, stylish, spacious, and just all-around amazing. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. "The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better condition. Very disappointed, I’m being generous with 2 stars. "

"Beautiful property with wonderful amenities for a large family gathering. Thoughtfully stocked with all everything you need and lovely thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable. Wonderful flow through the house. Outdoor areas can be used in winter with amazing BBQ facilities and a gorgeous fireplace. Inside has lots of seating options and very large dining area. Bedrooms are welcoming cozy and lots of bathrooms. Pool table and games options provide lots of entertainment for all ages. Kitchen is gorgeous. Love the experience. Will book again."
