Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. Presence of external cameras also not disclosed in listing, but introduced in the terms and conditions. Would not have booked knowing this, but great venue otherwise."

"A very tiny kitchen that had as described, but we didn't use it for cooking but did use the BBQ. There was a very old A/C in loungeroom that didn't cope with the heat, we arrived in. (Bedroom had a new A/C.) The pool was nice to cool down in. In shower nowhere to place soap or shampoo etc, other than floor. Rooms setup as seen in photos but older than we expected. TV only had reception for a couple of hours then went to no signal. Flyscreen doors don't fully cover doorways. Their dogs did come up and bark at us while we were sitting outside. Location (situated on a well-graded gravel road) was good for what we wanted to do. "

The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and beautifully styled — every room felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming.The sauna, hot tub, and pool were all clean and absolutely awesome. They truly made the weekend feel extra special and luxurious. Every single guest loved the place and kept commenting on how fantastic it was.Communication was great from start to finish — easy, clear, and friendly. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better.Tidy, stylish, spacious, and just all-around amazing. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend — we’d absolutely stay again!"

"The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better condition. Very disappointed, I’m being generous with 2 stars. "
