"On arrival we found the house spotless the outside was clean and well maintained. The listing didn’t give an accurate. The house is so much more we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is so well equipped with utensils, condiments coffee and so on. We were surprised as we had not stayed anywhere previously where we didn’t need to run out and buy things that were offered. The house is located on the edge of Cessnock so very close to wineries and Markets Golf courses and Cessnock itself for shoppingMark was very responsive right from when I booked. We didn’t have any questions as there was information supplied. Thank you Mark & Perry we do hope we have the opportunity to stay again. "

"Incredible property with great amenities. Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. Presence of external cameras also not disclosed in listing, but introduced in the terms and conditions. Would not have booked knowing this, but great venue otherwise."

"A very tiny kitchen that had as described, but we didn't use it for cooking but did use the BBQ. There was a very old A/C in loungeroom that didn't cope with the heat, we arrived in. (Bedroom had a new A/C.) The pool was nice to cool down in. In shower nowhere to place soap or shampoo etc, other than floor. Rooms setup as seen in photos but older than we expected. TV only had reception for a couple of hours then went to no signal. Flyscreen doors don't fully cover doorways. Their dogs did come up and bark at us while we were sitting outside. Location (situated on a well-graded gravel road) was good for what we wanted to do. "

"Spider webs in room corners at floor level, never got the WiFi password asked twice, Water damage to ceiling and the fire alarm went off at 2.00 am in the morning twice within 5 minutes of each burst. The staff were nice and I parked outside my room but a line of pot plants were difficult to maneuver around to get to and from ones car, the pot plants shouldn't be there a massive OH&S issue for guests. Staff were really worried about locking doors and gates which made me & my wife feel uncomfortable about the area. Not impressed! "

"We loved this stay! David and Suzie were awesome hosts. The cottage was so lovely and homely! Replied straight away, easy to contact. So accommodating trying to get us in early and was a treat to have wine and chocolate waiting for us! Gorgeous garden for a morning coffee after a wine tour! Everything you could need in the apartment, especially aircon on 42 degree weather!! All the decor and trinkets around the house were so sweet. Cant wait to stay again!"
