"This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable. Right now you burn your feet off if you don’t spray it down often that’s the only way we could let our dogs out was to spray it so they didn’t burn their paw pads. This obviously didn’t prevent us from returning because so many other positives, but it would be nice! The house is clean and beds are comfortable! Very safe neighborhood and mostly friendly neighbors! Safe harbor and singletons are an absolute must! Food is spectacular! Also fun to watch the cruise ships coming in and out from the little jetties! "

"My family and I spent a week at Amelia Island, and this condo was perfect! It was truly the most relaxing vacation we have ever had, and we all came home feeling rested and rejuvenated. The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed, including little things like chip clips! There were plenty of towels and washcloths, the beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, and the A/C works very well in the unit. I have three children, ages 13, 11 and each were able to sleep in a bed, which was wonderful. The building was quiet in the evenings, and my children all slept later than they do at home. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded, and only a short 5 minute walk from the condo. We loved coming up from the beach to enjoy some pool time before heading in each afternoon, and watching the turtles cruise around the grassy area and dunes was very unique!The property is a short drive from the Omni resort restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute drive into downtown. The drive is a small tradeoff for a very relaxing vacation! We would love to rent this unit again in the future!"

"The house was immaculate. We spent most of the time out by the pool playing games and watching ships go by. It was very entertaining. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen. We did a few outings to Amelia Island which is not far away. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Meghan!"

"This was the perfect condo for our quick getaway to Amelia Island. We loved the full sized bunk beds for the kids and the close proximity to the pool and ocean. It was a quick walk to get our morning coffee and smoothies before hitting the beach. The condo has chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. Thanks for a great stay!"
