"We absolutely loved our stay! The host was super communicative and kept us informed of any updates or changes to the listing. We had unfortunate luck with the weather so we weren’t able to use the full accommodations but will definitely be back! I highly recommend this particular place especially if you have kiddos. "

"The beach view from our villa was mostly obstructed. The listing showed a balcony, but our room was on the ground floor with a patio that had no lighting, making it unusable at night. The photos used for booking are misleading and do not accurately represent what you get. The resort includes multiple buildings with different types of villas, a hotel, and smaller units, but this is not clearly explained during booking—so you don’t really know which accommodations you’re reserving. There was no kitchen; however, we booked a double queen room (not a suite), so that part was acceptable. That said, the villa itself needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The common areas and building exterior also show a lack of maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price we paid. That said, the resort itself has a lot to offer—we enjoyed the amenities, shops, dining options, views, pool, beach, and natural surroundings, especially riding around in the golf cart we rented. The hotel next to the villas was a highlight, with brunch, live music in the evenings, a large pool, great views, and a boardwalk to the beach. Access to these hotel amenities for villa guests was a definite plus."

"we were advised at time of booking that renovations were underway and that there would be construction activity. Equipment was on grounds but did not interfere with our use and enjoyment of the property. this was second time staying in property of this owner and would not hesitate to stay there again"

"The property was clean and the process was super simple. Perfect for our quick weekend trip. No beach view from the balcony but that’s a trade off for easy and quick access to the unit. "

"Great villa, so beachy and new looking. Beds were comfy and so much space. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and even umbrellas. The lanai is huge with seating for 7. Our only suggestions to make this villa even better would be to have the lanai swept and a new set of fry pans for the electric stove top. What a beautiful location with breath taking views from liters every window. We will be back! Great stay and the Omni has outstanding amenities for both young and old! Wow! "

"As soon as our family walked in the door, we knew that we had made the best choice for our spring break vacation property. This property is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and essentially has three master suites. We were vacationing with our three school-aged children and grandparents and had a blast. The rooms were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE! We had easy access to the beach and the pool. We ate in for most of our meals, and between the dining area and the massive island had more than enough space. We can’t wait to visit and use this property again!"
