"Beverly was an excellent host, she was so helpful and went out of her way to help when we had a problem with our grandson losing his contact and having to get a new one delivered into the complex. The condo was amazing, every room was relaxing and inviting made you feel at home. The view was amazing, picture perfect. You could feel the love and pride that Beverly and her family take in owning their beautiful condo."

"The property was exactly as described. Stacy is a wonderful hostess; her communication and effort to make us feel welcome exceeded any experience we’ve had. The unit has beautiful views, comfortable furnishings, and was equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was as effortless as it possibly could be, and the pool was one of our favorite spots."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The host always got back to me with questions I had before our trip within a few hours. We got right in our room with no trouble. Parking was great. Pool and ocean were easily accessible. There’s ample space for golf carts if you can choose to rent. The unit itself was very spacious for the 5 of us. Definitely planning to come back again."

"Best place we've stayed on Fernandina Beach! Very spacious for our family of 6, and air conditioning stays nice & cool (a must for my husband & boys ). We loved having a full size washer & dryer & everything to get started (laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, soap, etc). It's great having a storage locker on the main floor, because it made so we didn't have to take our chairs & cart up to the villa (which helps keep sand out of unit). We also loved that we could see the pool from the patio. Our boys are teenagers, so they could keep swimming while we went upstairs, & we were able to see them. Absolutely loved it & plan to return & stay with these wonderful hosts! "

"We have stayed several times in Amelia. While this condo served its purpose, was a great location was perfect for the dog, we were disappointed in the lack of linens, and the clear need for updating. Some of the handles on cabinets were missing, the ceiling fan in the living room was inadequate and could not be adjusted, and the dishwasher needs replacing."
