"The beach view from our villa was mostly obstructed. The listing showed a balcony, but our room was on the ground floor with a patio that had no lighting, making it unusable at night. The photos used for booking are misleading and do not accurately represent what you get. The resort includes multiple buildings with different types of villas, a hotel, and smaller units, but this is not clearly explained during booking—so you don’t really know which accommodations you’re reserving. There was no kitchen; however, we booked a double queen room (not a suite), so that part was acceptable. That said, the villa itself needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The common areas and building exterior also show a lack of maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price we paid. That said, the resort itself has a lot to offer—we enjoyed the amenities, shops, dining options, views, pool, beach, and natural surroundings, especially riding around in the golf cart we rented. The hotel next to the villas was a highlight, with brunch, live music in the evenings, a large pool, great views, and a boardwalk to the beach. Access to these hotel amenities for villa guests was a definite plus."

"We enjoyed our stay! We stayed at the Omni the previous year and preferred staying at this condo. It has a lot of space and the pool was fantastic for me, my wife and kids. The condo was stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. which was great. I notice that some people commented about the stairs, but we enjoyed having 3 floors separated by a few stairs.The pictures accurately reflect what the place is like. The beach was a 2-minute walk down a nice boardwalk. Great views of the ocean.Two thumbs up!"

"Tacky room for the price."

"This listing does not share how many steps it takes to get to the unit. Lots and lots of steps leading to unit plus two sets of stairs inside unit. Total of 61 steps to get to bedrooms! One guest has a recent knee replacement. This should have been included in the description. Unit was not as clean as it should have been with sleep gummies from a prior guest were left right on a nightstand in a bedroom. Host knew we had 4 adults but only provided water and snacks for 2 people, Nightstands are old, paint coming off. WiFi was incorrectly listed on email information. Did not receive email with a code to get into unit until after 4:00 pm and we had to call. Cobwebs coming out of air vents. Mattresses need updated….not as pristine as described. Would not recommend renting this unit. "

"Easily accessible for the surrounding town but limited use of amenities, pickleball courts are not available for guest u less booked through the resort. The check in through the gate is inconvenient but doable…hard ti find in the dark. Comfortable room for 2."

"Could use a couple baking sheets in kitchen. Sadly our one designated parking spot was under construction all week. Also first full day we were 4 hours without running water. Rental hosts were nice and we made the most of it!"

"Very clean and an awesome location. Dedicated parking spot was great. Is much darker than the pictures. There’s just not a ton of natural light throughout. That wasn’t really a problem. The problem we had was that the sheets and towels had been washed with incredibly strong scented detergent. Kids had a skin reaction and I had really unpleasant allergic reaction. We had to wash everything twice with baking soda and free and clear before the smell was less noticeable. But never really went away. Just got better. It was caterpillar season too and there were literally thousands of them outside, and sometimes inside. Not their fault so it is what it is. We would probably stay again for the location alone, you can’t beat the beach here. Bring water shoes though because this side of the beach is probably 50’ of crushed shells which were very sharp. One kid cut their foot but it is what it is. That’s the beach. "

"Beautiful area. Short walk to beach and walkable to restaurants and shops on Omni grounds (not the main resort). Cheryl’s Sea Shed was well stocked and beds were very comfortable! The beach itself was wonderful, clean and not crowded. Appreciate the chairs that were provided. Owner was quick to reply to my inquiries. "
