"House was clean but had issues with the hot tub all week and they refused to refund but 50% of the heating fee. In over 20 VRBO stays I have never had to pay to heat a hot tub but did without question. As you can see in the pics, I was extremely understanding and polite throughout the whole week. House was clean but older and beds are small. Probably would’ve went 3-4 stars but the hot tub issue took up the whole week and we had to deal with it every nights. "

"We’ve stayed at this unit a number of times and it’s always a treat. There really isn’t a better location and being on the 5 th floor provides great views of sunrise and the beach. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. "
