"Walls were thin, could hear fighting/snoring/dog barking in other rooms, outdoor traffic. Breakfast was very good, one of the few highlights. Bed saggy. Key cards were incorrectly deactivated TWICE during a 5-night stay, necessitating extra trips to the Front Desk so we could get into our room. Housekeeping is NOT daily, as the hotel description says on Hotels.com; it was performed only after 3 nights (that seems like a rather long interval), and then it was incomplete (e.g., ice bucket was not emptied). While one could request needed items via a door hanger between housekeeping visits, we did not receive the items we specified. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged, emptied extremely slowly. BEWARE: there is a $15/nt. parking fee + tax that is not included in the Hotels.com pricing, although it is listed in the "At A Glance" section. "

"Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean."

"The host was very welcoming, the communication was great. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking lunches or dinners. Shower water pressure was great. The beds were very comfortable. The house was small but has a perfect layout. The washer and dryer worked out well. We loved the back patio and grill area. I would highly recommend this rental house. We will love to be repeat renters here when we retirn next yea"

"Location location location. This condo is GREAT. This is our fifth time staying here. The unit has everything we need to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The hot is responsive, although we didn't need anything. The condo has all the amenities we needed. We plan to return next year for sure. "
