These rules are listed to ensure you have an awesome stay while also respecting the building/property owner's rules and not disturbing your fellow neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure these rules are ones that you can follow.

➤ NO SMOKING:
If our cleaner reports that the unit smells like smoke, you will be charged $500. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell.

➤NO PARTY / GATHERING:
A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.

➤ QUIET HOURS:
10PM to 8AM. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again.

➤ UNDISCLOSED PERSON:
There will be a charge of $50 per night for any undisclosed person that is not included in the reservation count.

➤ UNDISCLOSED PETS:
There will be a charge of $500 for any undisclosed pet.

➤ TAMPERING OF SECURITY DEVICES:
You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined $500 and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched.

➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour.

You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by the platform or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose resolution.

Dirty and so many things were broken

This was not a good stay for us. I have never had any issues with vrbo in all of the years I have used them. This was very bad. We had to get a hotel the first night bc the host wouldn’t contact us. It was a misunderstanding and everything was handled. They were very nice about it and refunded us for the first night. After we arrived the second day there were so many things broken. The kids socks were black because of how dirty the floors were. Tv remote battery was dead. The bathroom towels and wash rags smelled sour and gross. No hand soap in the bathrooms (the containers were empty). The beds were wobbly. Coffee table and end tables literally fell apart. The laundry detergent container was empty so we had to go buy new towels and detergent just so we could shower. It was overall a very unclean experience. I took photos but there isn’t a place to submit them here
