All good though the room could have improvements, more sockets (there was only 1 dual plug already in part use), better lighting, a tad gloomy and a working extractor in the bathroom and a working towel rail. Restaurant and all staff excellent.

All staff very friendly and they all looked happy. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was very nice plenty of food on offer. Room was away from main building. Some noise from rooms either side of us on the morning. You could hear ppl showering and using the toilet.

Overnight airport stop

We stayed overnight before flying from Birmingham which was 20 minutes away. We didn’t have breakfast but had a bar meal the night before which was good The spa was also good

The comfort of the bed was wonderful and ensured a really good night’s sleep. However the service in the restaurant was very slow. It took over an hour for them to serve our main course, and my belly of pork, although the crackling was good, the meat was so burnt underneath that the crackling was easier to break up than the base of the portion.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Came here for 1 night as a girly weekend and we were so impressed with all facilities we are already planning a return visit! The room was comfortable with signs of aging in the bathroom. The Spa was very nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was mixed. Apple pie wasn’t cooked and the chef was very rude with a whatever attitude even though he agreed it wasn’t cooked. Then they still charged me for it. The breakfast was very cheap.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Good gym. Pool could have done with more light but otherwise good. Room was good although very hot because it was on the top floor and difficult to cool. We'd go back again.
