Bathroom hand basins tap positioning could be better as it was flooding the area.
Hotel staff were amazing as they went that extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel you will not be disappointed friendly staff ideal place to stay for getting married which I did across the road from Solihull registration office clean nice food just lovely

Comfortable hotel, good facilities, friendly helpful staff. Food good, though did have a long wait one night even though not particularly busy. Would stay again.

The staff are lovely people trying their best but unfortunately the company is lacking in QUALITY TRAINING. This is totally unacceptable and shameful to the company. The hotel was very clean well done. The service was very poor although the staff involved were extremely friendly and helpful ( but training is really PARAMOUNT) I am surprised that the “pen pushers “ and “accountants “ don’t see this but obviously they are too lazy, busy or not clever enough to see it themselves. It is regrettable that the company is comfortable with their performance. obviously if the bottom line is covered Then they are happy. This review is probably worthless unless someone actually does something about it.
My experience is over 50 years in catering and catering related operations I have been a proud owner of a number of hotels and my STAFF are still in contact with me. I am very proud of them!!!

Lovely hotel, nice welcome and pleasant staff, even though they were a bit thin on the ground, seemed like it was a skeleton staff & a little bit slow in some instances. However, it was a lovely, convenient & and clean hotel, I would stay again.

Fabulous location. Comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast buffet. This is the place to stay in Solihull. Only negatives I'd say are (1) the window in our room was fairly small and the lights aren't very strong so it was too gloomy to see much in the room and (2) the shower was very tricky to get the right temperature and leaked one time. But overall a very good stay and served our purposes very well.

Really nice hotel. Well located in Solihull city centre. Lovely big room. Pool etc were great with great staff. Great breakfast. Small gripe regarding breakfast we were not advised some items were chargeable, but aside from that all was good!

The hotel is a bit dated and “well worn”.
The breakfast was average.
The most annoying part was a few condescending, judgmental remarks because i was in work clothes even though my room was bought and paid for just like everybody elses. Poor really.

The bed was so comfortable. Lovely room and hotel. Breakfast was really good too. The iron was in a very poor state and water just leaked everywhere from it. It was a prompt service to change it but unfortunately it was a similar replacement-just do your ironing if needed the evening before so it can dry! Everything else was really good and would recommend and I would stay again

Everything was very good but we were given a room next to the lifts which could be heard going up & down in the night and people talking as they came out.
The breakfast was very good as was the service at dinner and breakfast.

It’s a few miles from nec and has safe overnight parking. Surprised by star rate and the price tag. It’s perfect for the centre of Solihull or even if you want to taxi into town. We had a bar meal in the evening. I thought a little expensive but eating it. Well worth it. Really good nights sleep for us both. We found tucked at the top of the fridge a bowl of salad. Looked lovely but easy to miss just had to make sure I wasn’t charged for it. Breakfast a little confused hot drinks bought to the table buffet style help yourself we weren’t fully informed. If we’re that way again it’s a definite stay. On booking in I declined on sister hotels think I should have ticked that box Well done all of you. 142 11/11/23

My husband, two children aged 4 and 7, and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for 3 nights during the October half term holiday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly members of staff, and this level of customer service continued throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the executive rooms which was spacious yet cosy. My children absolutely loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was great and again the staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it anyone else visiting Solihull!
