"Beautiful hotel. Very well finished. The staff were lovely except for the on check in on the Sunday. I found her a bit clinical and lacked personality. We couldn’t check in until 4pm which I thought was a bit late. "

"The room was a bit cold and there is no lift which was okay for us but might not be for someone else. The staff was SO kind! "

Parking was free,convenient, and extended through the date of check-out. The breakfast was outstanding. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity as well as shopping."
