"Baymont is a motel style location, meaning that room entrance is from an exterior door. My room was surprisingly nice! Spacious, well equipped, and clean. Given that I needed to walk up a set of stairs and enter my room from an exterior door, I was a little skeptical. However, the room was very nice! There were a few minor housekeeping issues, but nothing that would caution me about staying here again. The location is also excellent, near the Punta Gorda airport and major highways. The lobby and staff were also very good. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to travelers."

"This property is probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We were all very impressed with that. Safe neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. We had an early morning flight out of Punta Gorda and so it’s proximity to the airport was perfect."
