The room was exactly as advertised- clean, comfortable, and well laid-out. I didn't have cold water in my room, which was mostly fine except for when I wanted to fill my water. The front desk was staffed about 25% of the time when I was coming and going. I think the team members were likely in the back room connected to the check-in desk. Be prepared that there are no utensils, plates, coffee cups, etc. in the kitchen, so it's relatively useless unless you're storing leftovers; I do believe there are some for purchase which isn't really helpful if you're traveling. I likely won't return due to a partisan "news" network being played 24/7 in the lobby. It doesn't really seem like the owners or staff are interested in creating a welcoming, home-like environment for all travelers, just those that enjoy conspiracy theories and drama.
