"The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."

"It was a lovely hotel! We stayed there for part of our honeymoon and the staff was conscientious, our room was nice (softest personal blankets ever), and the breakfast was tasty. It’s a cool neighborhood with good bars and restaurants within walking distance. You’re close to the downtown (15 minute walk) but away from all the noise. Would definitely stay here again."
