"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. "This is by no measure a 5-star property, but a well used 4-star facility. The upkeep is not really up to par, with mold in the bathroom, bathroom doors peeling severly due to water damage, stained towels etc. The breakfast is fine, but, again, not up to 4-star standards (including 5-star hotels in Portugal). The common spaces like the dining room show extensive damage due to use (and lack of maintenance?) and there's peeling paint in the hallways. However, the staff were exceedingly friendly and the price we paid in mid-May (around 150 € per night) was right for a 4-star place."

The photos & description show a second or third floor unit with a private balcony and a large bedroom, we were put in a ground floor unit where the “private terrace” is simply a slightly fenced off section of the patio space open to all guests. Shower was moldy and the room smelled mildewed. There is no check in or concierge—everything is communicated to you via an AI chatbot. No concierge means bags can only be stored in paid lockers on-site (one of which was broken and accepted our payment without opening)."
