"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that you can relax in the central yard. Very unique bathrooms and the room has a fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, it is right next to SeeCreatures!"

"Traveled to this resort for my birthday. The resort is in a great area. Property is well maintained. Several pools for you to choose from. Restaurants had delicious food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We even were able to check in early which was highly appreciated. The beach was clean with a beautiful view of the arch. I plan on coming back in May. We all had an amazing time at this RIU. "
"I really love the ambiance has a very Mexican look. Everyone was super nice very close to the clubs and restaurants. I walked about 18 min back to hotel at night and felt safe. The only thing I would take away is that I would have liked to listen to more Latin music in this resort, I didn’t like that they had a live band playing only Yt American music . They should embrace the culture I came here to enjoy Latin America not North America (pop) I understand that the majority but hey they here to enjoy Mexico "
