"Staff goes above & behond- I usually avoid Hilton because I HAVE PROBLEMZ EVERYTIME with them overcharging me...last time I had stayed 3-4 seperate time and not only was I overcharged they did not give me a night free or my points .. & corperate was rude about it... I am weing but a customer should always be right.. especially when you can see they are spending ALOT .. anyhow.. this place needs its own name a, if yall want to talk about getting a new name & taking all thise extra proceeds to benifit YOU??? MESSAGE OR CALL ME AT 970-658-6699 SKY EVANS! I am a project Manager .. if anyone can make it happen.. I can garenteed! But this hotel is Unique...and thank you for your hospitality! "

"Nice and clean!"

"I come for a conference Friday to Saturday so just stay one night. The hotel is clean, comfortable and kept up very nice. The rooms are quiet, seem sound proof, and black out curtains so you get a good night sleep. This is my second time staying there and I’ll stay again for the conference in the future. "

"Not bad service "

"The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice. These ladies stayed calm, had to be firm but never vented or said anything unprofessional. I was really impressed. It was a heatwave and folks were coming in already “hot.” They were giving everyone water and helping with bags. Again super impressed and it’s so walkable from the BART station. "
