"The hotel was very clean, room well stocked, family oriented, amenities. Everything was great in a grea area with shopping near by."

"Very clean room, large and open lobby. Freshly ground coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Underground parking. Happy hour with complimentary beverage. Very personable manager and reception. Wonderful pool area!!! We will be coming to Walnut Creek 3-5 times a year and will plan to stay here all the time now. "

"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone sleeps in Northern California with such thin blankets. I wound up freezing at night despite the heat on, I didn't want it too dry."

"Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hot water in bathroom required patients but overall a satisfactory stay. Parking felt safe and well lit. Nice Gym and Pool. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Stacked with plenty of options."

"We had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill! Our entire family booked suites here and everyone agreed that this hotel will be our go-to for family visits. We received exceptional service and enjoyed the amenities, especially gathering in the cafe/meeting area together. So grateful for a Home-Away-From-Home!!!"
