"People who stay there appear to be people who have bad credit and can’t rent a traditional apartment. A lot of people just hanging out in front and in their cars. Most smell like they have been smoking a little something. I did not feel safe at all. And, the rooms were in horrible condition. Large stains on counter, many dents in fridge. Desk falling apart and paint coming off. Furniture was dark colors, the room was not white and bright like shown in the pics. Not a family friendly place. The people who give this place good ratings must be owners or friends. Only good thing was that they refunded my money when I told them I didn’t want to stay there because of how unsafe I felt. "

"Simple, clean and elegant room with a nook area tor eating or a tech function.. the only issue I encountered is the plug in for my cell charger is not functional on the right side of the bed- very minor. Thank God you have a lot of outlets in the room"
