"clean room, easy access to bart station as the station entrance is literally in front of the hotel that you can walk in 2 mins. area around the hotel has good mix of restaursnts, cafes and retail stores, bed is good, plenty of hot water, staff very responsive to needs when asked. overall a good modern business hotel. would stay again without hesitation"

"Rooms clean and good, building appears a little older and could use updating. While in the shower, water went back and forth from hot, warm, to cold. Appears boiler problem on the property during this trip. Over satisfactory/ good during this trip. Also $25 fee for parking."

"The hotel felt quite outdated overall. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the first floor and common areas, which made the environment unpleasant. The furniture inside the room looked old and worn, and there was also a noticeable amount of dust. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing."
