"The hotel was fairly clean but very out dated. The ceiling had a poor repair patch, the tub had brown rust stains and several tiles broken in the bathroom. The hotel needs an update in color : yellow checkerboard stripes on walls, carpet was stained in several areas. Artificial plants need to be dusted. "

"For the price, it was a decent stay. Some things were outdated and the ice machine didn’t work, but everything else was just fine. Would stay here again."

"It was actually better than we imagined. The property was very clean, as soon as we walked in it smelled pleasant. The temperature was comfortable and the place was just overall amazing. The Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean, and luxurious. The next time I travel to OKC, I hope to stay here again. The property host was very informative and communication was top notch. If you want a great place to stay in OKC at an affordable price, look no further. Oh also the kitchen was amazing. It was home away from home."

"Everything was seemingly done to purposely cut every expense, which could be a great thing, but was done to a point of disgust. (And this is coming from a cost accountant.) There is a level that transforms a situation from efficient to just gross! When I booked this room, it showed pictures of their “jetted tub” in the room. Upon arrival, this was “an unspecified”review! (According to the manager.) so my king suite did not have a jetted tub! Upon entering the room, it seemed as though there was a breaker issue, but instead everything was actually just unplugged! "

"My recent stay at this property was poor. The overhead light in the bathroom was broken, fortunately the light from the heat lamp worked and provided some visibility. The toilet seat was too small and the wrong shape (commode was oval, seat was round). There was no hair dryer or facial tissues. There were no clothes hangers for the closet area, when I inquired I was told "we don't provide hangers." There was no iron available (I went to Walmart and purchased a travel steamer). The TV didn't work-signal was never available. Carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to when I walked across the room. Ice machine was broken and the place where you would place the ice bin (if there had been one provided) was filled with trash. Vending machines empty and not working. Final insult was when a roach crawled across the bed. You might ask why did I stay the 2 nights? Because I had prepaid and was told no refund was available. I had just driven 10+ hours and could not afford to pay for this hotel and go look for and pay for another hotel. See photos."

"SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, DIRT, RODENTS—Avoid this property, unless you like the smell of smoke, rodents, and staying in dirty property.—Upon arrival, we noticed cigarette butts littered trHroughout the front lawn. Opening the door to the property, which is very run down on the outside (probably why they don’t include photos of the outside of the property in the listing - WARNING SIGN!}. We were immediately hit with the smell of smoke trying to be covered up by air fresheners. We called the host to make them aware, and were immediately met with “that’s impossible - there is no way it can smell like smoke, that’s against property rules.” After explaining that the cigarette butts in the front yard could have easily been from inside the house, the host said “I can’t control what they do outside. But the rules say the property is smoke free.” I asked if the outside is not part of the propèrty and the question was avoided.The host said they would send “maintenance” over but was insistent it didn’t smell like smoke. —Once the maintenance person arrived with a plastic bag of glad plug in fresheners, he walked in and said he couldn’t smell any smoke. We talked for a while - a very nice guy. But it was clear he wasn’t interested in being truthful about the smell and protecting the host. He contradicted himself a few times saying he didn’t know the host, but then later said he knows the host is very good about making things right (although the earlier phone call didn’t (TO BE CONTINUED)"
