"Wonderful, cozy place to stay. Upstairs bedrooms are like staying overnight at grandparents house…if you are a 70s/80s kid you’ll relate. Super quiet at night. Lots of amenities. Appliances very nice. 215-20 to Biltmore. 5 minutes to town with “hipster” shopping/ eating vibe. You could spend a whole day just walking around all the little local shops. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"This was our second stay at this property and just as we experienced during our first stay, it was a perfect stay. The property is near the downtown area so either a short walk or a shorter drive makes the entire downtown easily accessible. There are restaurants within a short walk and the town of Black Mountain is simply wonderful. The cottage is well maintained and is all you could ask for with regard to amenities and location. It is perfect for a couple's stay. You should know that it is a one room cottage with a separate bathroom. The large room is divided into a sleeping, sitting and kitchen area. As I said, we find it perfect for a couple's stay. "

"House was clean and fully supplied with all items for cooking, drinkware and utensils. Property was very pretty with bamboo and the stream. Hot tub was very clean and enjoyed it every night.They had fast multi port charging stations on nightstands and sleep assist sound machines.2 bedrooms had it's own toilet & shower. There was a washer & dryer to use and you got a welcome bag with the detergent for washing & cleaning too.On the negative side the grill was very durty and we couldn't use it. Kitchen needs lots more lighting, fireplace was difficult to light. All in all the house was very clean, but needs to be better maintained. "

"Beautiful house, quiet and clean with lots of amenities. Close walk to neighborhood park and pool. (Although it was fall and pool was closed). Tennis courts and pickle ball. Beautiful golf course. The town of Black Mountain is quaint, nice restaurants. Perfect fall get away."

"This is the prettiest place! My friend’s grandson loved the gong on the carport. The inside has everything you would want or need. The master bedroom is to die for. We had a blast staying here ."
