"Park Hotel thought of everything! From the comfy bed linens and soft towels, to wine glasses, bottle opener, and a bag of ice in the freezer, they have everything you need to make your stay an incredible one. The room was spacious and quiet. There were blackout curtains to ensure the room stayed dark, there were sleep masks to also help keep it dark, and even a noise machine to allow for a peaceful nights sleep. The added bonus was a card for two free beer pints at the brewery down below. The only downside was no elevator which was mentioned in the ad and totally expected in a building of this age. Once we got our things upstairs, it didn’t matter because the entire stay was superb!"

"We have stayed many locations across the verde valley and loved this sweet spot for sweet location adjacent to all our favorite places- cottonwood, downtown Clarkdale, Jerome, Page springs/sedona. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the special touches done to create such a lovely space. So comfortable, fully functional/supplied kitchen, everything operational and fresh, welcoming linens and towels. Communication up front was clear and prepared us for expectations for our stay, and ensured easy entry and any updates throughout our time. We loved it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space to share with travelers."

"Room was just a seen in photos. It was clean and bed was comfortable. It was quite hot outside and the window AC seemed like it struggled to cool off the room during the day. We loved the note left on the chalkboard and little surprises around the place. Would love to come back in the cooler months."

"Celestina, our host, was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She checked in multiple times to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all the essentials. Its prime location in Clarkdale, just a short distance from downtown, provided easy access to Jerome and Cottonwood. If we ever return to this area, we’ll definitely choose this exact house again."

"I would stay again but good to know for others it's very rustic. Lots of cracks and stained ceilings but goes along with such a historic building. Shower was a bathtub but new tile and bed was nice, enough towels and pillows etc.Room was right off the shared balcony which could use some TLC but a fabulous view made up for coffee in the morning which is supplied and perfect to watch the stars. Close 5 minute drive to Cottonwood. "

"It was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room, plenty of storage, and room to spread out and relax. We even had a private deck. We loved the location; the small town was walkable. It was private, yet close to other towns and attractions. "
