"Clean, Good Customer Service, Breakfast "

"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "

"Everything was excellent except the dishwasher quit and the shower temp didn't get super warm"

"Loved that the property was so large and we were able to have separate rooms. Pool area is beautiful but water was cloudy and even though we requested pool to be heated it was never warm enough for the adults to swim. Property needs some upkeep. Floors sticky. Grass overgrown. Host was available but had hard time communicating with him. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property! Parents are in town for our wedding and we spent a lovely one month together.- Host: super communicative, responsive, and able to address issues quickly. We had a small friction in the beginning but Mike was able to provide guidance and send help really quickly - Neighborhood: gated, quiet and safe. Golf course in the backyard.- House: very cozy and equipped with all the supplies you needWould definitely recommend to anyone!"
