Nice staff, good location, tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it but no alternative offered . Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfortable .

Problem checking in needs attention.
No contact or keycode sent.
Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though.
It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.

If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in
Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.
