The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

Clean room, staff were friendly and free parking

It was a very late check in but the staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and the complimentary water and sparkling drinks were appreciated. Breakfast area is nice and spacious and has all the usual things you would expect for a uk hotel.

The Liner hotel is our favourite hotel in Liverpool. It has free guest parking, a great location next to local Wetherspoons pub and Lime Street Station and only a 5 min walk from St John's shopping centre and bus services. Our room was lovely and clean with modern ensuite shower room and the hotel staff couldn't do more for you. We had a delicious self serve breakfast which we enjoyed in the breakfast room, and found plenty of other food options available at the restaurant on site. The only negative is that the train station announcements can be heard until late evening and from early morning in the rooms at the hotel rear. This however did not bother our stay and we will be back again soon.
