There are pretty cottages aplenty in Milton Abbas, or explore the village of Cerne Abbas which is home to a striking chalk giant carved high up on a hillside. Heading south by car will take you to the stunning Jurassic Coast and many popular attractions including Lulworth Cove, Abbotsbury and Ringstead Bay.
A long, shared drive gives access to this single-story property across a working farmyard. The private entrance door is set to the side of the building. Once inside, you are met with an entrance hall with a useful utility area with a washing machine. A contemporary shower room with a WC is just ahead of you and a king size bedroom is to the right. Set centrally within the property is a sociable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge space is furnished with a wood burner and Smart TV and there is room to dine just opposite. Leading from this room is a further king size bedroom and up a short flight of stairs is a twin bedroom, plus a shower room with a WC.
To the front of the property is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining. There is an additional sun terrace to the side, across the courtyard is a grassed open space for your use, along with ample off road parking.
